Phuel provides crossovers, which are tubing sections that link different connection types and sizes common in the industry. We offer a wide range of these, including quick union, flanged, EUE, hammer lug unions, and premium threads like VAM. While crossover lengths depend on connection sizes, we can customize them to be longer if needed.

The length of each crossover varies based on connection size, but custom longer lengths are available. Extended crossovers can help reduce rig height by integrating connection changes within a riser’s length. For VAM crossovers, added length allows for recuts, extending service life.
Quick Test Options
Phuel also provides quick test facilities. These can be a one-piece body with two O-rings on the bottom connection or a two-piece body that splits in the middle. Some larger connections, like the 15-2 ACME quick union, include a fast test feature and spring seals as standard.
